Description

Light yellow to orange crystalline powder, slightly soluble in water, soluble in dilute solutions of sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate. It is unstable in acid solution and unstable to heat. It is more susceptible to damage when exposed to light. It is most stable under conditions of around PH7. Above 250℃, the color gradually becomes darker and finally becomes a black gel. Riboflavin can speed up the decomposition and destruction process of folic acid.

Application
