White to slightly yellow crystalline granules or powder, odorless, slightly salty. It has good water solubility, the solution is neutral, and it is relatively stable in the dry state. Used for nutritional enhancement of beverages, health foods, ready-to-eat cereals and other foods. Used as antioxidant in beverages and foods.
